1. Campaign with Rajasthan Administration Cities (Prashashan sahro ke sang 2021)
The campaign with the administration cities in Rajasthan will run from 2 October 2021 to 31 March 2022. The target of this campaign is 10 lakh Patta distribution. Eight departments including 213 urban bodies, three development authorities, 14 city improvement trusts, Rajasthan Housing Board are involved in this campaign.

2. Administration campaign with village (Prashashan Gavon ke Sang)

3. I Am Shakti Udaan Scheme
The first phase of I Am Shakti Udan Yojana started in Rajasthan from 19 November. Under this, free sanitary napkins will be distributed regularly to the girls of 10 years to 45 years of age in remote villages of the state. During the first phase, free sanitary napkins will be provided to 26 lakh girl students of classes 6 to 9 in government upper primary, secondary and higher secondary schools.
4. Indira Gandhi Urban Credit Card Scheme
Announced the launch of Indira Gandhi Shahari Credit Card scheme for self-employment and everyday needs of the youth and unemployed of street vendors and service centers of urban areas. Through this scheme, interest free loans up to ₹ 50000 will be made available to 5 lakh needy people.
5. Jeevan Rakshak Yojana (JRY)
Under this scheme, Rs 5000 and a citation will be given to a good person who saves life by taking seriously injured persons to the hospital on time.
6. Chief Minister Krishak Saathi Yojana (Mukhyamantri Krishak Sathi Yojna)
An announcement was made to implement the grant based “Mukhyamantri Krishak Saathi Yojana” for the next 3 years through the Farmers Welfare Fund. Under this scheme, free bio-fertilizer and bio-agents will be given to 3 lakh farmers, compost unit will be set up for 1 lakh farmers, “Micro Nutrients Kit” will be provided to 3 lakh farmers and 5 lakh farmers will be given improved varieties. seeds will be distributed.
7. Ghar Ghar Aushadhi Yojana
In order to promote the diversity and quality of medicinal plants in Rajasthan, “Ghar Ghar Aushadhi Yojana” has been announced. Under this, plants of Tulsi, Giloy, Ashwagandha etc. will be made available from nurseries by developing laboratories of medicinal plants.
8. Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme (MukhyaMantri Chiranjivi Yojna)
Through Mukhyamantri Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana, every family of Rajasthan will be provided cashless treatment facility up to ₹ 500000. Now up to 10 lakhs. And in case of death in a road accident, insurance of Rs.5 lakh.
Beneficiaries of National Food Security Act and Socio Economic Census 2011 are not required to register under this scheme.
Through the official website, small and marginal farmers, contract workers and other beneficiaries can register themselves or register on E-Mitra.
To apply under this scheme, it is mandatory to have Jan Aadhar Number or Jan Aadhar Registration Receipt.
If you do not have Jan Aadhar card then you have to get Jan Aadhar enrollment done first to get the benefit of this scheme.
Under this scheme, special camps will be organized for registration at the gram panchayat level from 1 to 10 April 2021.
Registration can be done by the beneficiary from 1st April to 30th April 2021 by himself or through E-Mitra.
Benefits of the scheme from 1 May 2021.
Insurance premium of eligible families, small and marginal farmers and contract workers of National Food Security Act, Socio Economic Census will be borne by the State Government.
Apart from this, other families will have to pay a premium of ₹ 850 per year
9. Chief Minister Free Medicine Scheme
To make available medicines from the medicines included in the essential medicine list to all the indoor and outdoor patients coming to the state hospital. The scheme has been started from 2nd October 2011. The hospital for outdoor patients is available on time and 24 hours facility is available in the hospitals for indoor/emergency patients. A total of 971 medicines are made available free of cost, including 713 medicines, 181 surgical and 77 doctors in the essential medicines list.
10. Chief Minister Free Testing Scheme
Free check-up of all patients. The residents of Rajasthan who come to a hospital after health check-up or suffering from any disease are first registered in the hospital. Then the patient is examined free of cost as per the advice given by the doctor. Under the scheme, 90 types of tests are being provided free of cost in all the medical institutions of the state like hospitals affiliated to medical colleges, 56 in district, sub-district, settelite, 37 in community health centers and 15 in primary health centers – dispensary clinics.
11. Indira Gandhi Maternity Nutrition Scheme
Integrated Child Development Services Scheme (ICDS)
Indira Gandhi Maternity Nutrition Scheme is a scheme based on Conditional Maternity Benefit and nutritional counseling to improve the nutritional status of pregnant women and lactating mothers and children up to the age of three years in Rajasthan.
From 19.11.2020, the Indira Gandhi Matritva Poshan Yojana has been implemented by the Government of Rajasthan in five tribal districts of the state – Pratapgarh, Dungarpur, Banswara, Udaipur and Baran. Under the scheme, the women who conceive for the second child, on fulfillment of the prescribed conditions, cash assistance of Rs.6,000 will be deposited directly into their accounts in five installments as follows:-

4th installment – Rs 2000

13. Chief Minister Kisan Mitra Energy Scheme
Under the Mukhyamantri Kisan Mitra Urja Yojna, along with the tariff grant currently being given to the metered and flat rate category agricultural consumers of general category-rural (block over supply), additional grant up to Rs.1,000 per month (maximum Rs.12,000 per annum) in the electricity bill through adjustment. This scheme has been implemented from the billing month of May, 2021.
14. Chief Minister Yuva Sambal Yojana 2021
In pursuance of point number 56 contained in the State Government’s budget announcement 2021-22, making the already operated “Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana-2019” better, giving unemployment allowance to the graduate unemployed candidates in the state of Rajasthan and providing skill and employment to the scheme. 15. Rajasthan Jan Aadhaar Scheme
In compliance with the budget announcement made by the Hon’ble Chief Minister in the changed budget 2019-20, for the effective implementation of the ideology of ‘one number, one card, one identity’ with the aim of making the benefits of various schemes accessible to the common man easily, easily and transparently. For “Rajasthan Jan-Aadhaar Yojana” has been announced.
All the residents and families of the state are eligible to register for Jan-Aadhaar card and get Jan-Aadhaar card. Each family is provided with a 10-digit family identification number and members are provided with a multipurpose Jan-Aadhaar card with an 11-digit personal identification number.
A woman of the age of 18 years or more, as determined by the family, is made the head of the family. If the family does not have a female of the age of 18 years or more, then a male of 21 years of age or more can be the head. Any member of maximum age shall be the head of the family.
Under the Jan Aadhaar scheme, the residents of the state are provided benefits through direct benefit transfer.
16. Chief Minister Eklanari Samman Pension Scheme
A widow/abandoned/divorced woman of 18 years of age or more, who is a native of Rajasthan and is residing in Rajasthan, and who does not have any source of regular income for her subsistence, or the applicant’s total annual income from all sources If the pension is less than Rs.48000/-, the pension is payable.
BPL/Antyodaya/Aastha card holder families/Saharia/Kathori/Khairwa caste and HIV/AIDS positive and registered with Rajasthan State AIDS Control Society, such widow/abandonment/divorced women are exempted from income condition.
From October 2, 2021, the process of issuing automatic approval of applications received online without human intervention using the meta data available on the Jan Aadhaar portal was started for the pension scheme.

19. Healthy Rajasthan Scheme
The campaign was started on 17th December 2019 with the aim of first happiness and healthy body for health in the state of Nirogi Rajasthan. The objective of the campaign is to provide proper care to elderly women and children, as well as to provide better services for problems like communicable and non-communicable diseases, vaccination and de-addiction, food insecurity.
20. Mahatma Gandhi English Medium School
Mahatma Gandhi English Medium School – Scheme was launched to facilitate English medium education to government students in the states so that the burden of heavy fees in private schools can be negated and students from lower startup of society can get quality education in English medium at government school . The scheme is only two academics session old and is still in expansion phase as the public interest of parents is very encouraging. Even the government has decided to invest optimum resources in from of quality faculties who can teach skillfully in English medium. There are 205 English medium schools running in the states at district and block level. Which is likely to we increased by 1200 more in the next coming two years. Now government decided to convert 348 more government schools into Mahatma Gandhi Government School (English Medium). These Schools will start from educational session 2021-22.

22. Indira Gandhi Urban Credit Card Scheme 2021
At the district level, the District Collector has been appointed as the nodal officer for the implementation and monitoring of this scheme. By which, on the basis of the target allocated to the municipal bodies, street vendors, unemployed youth or people belonging to the informal sector will be identified by the concerned municipal body according to the guidelines. To apply for the scheme, the applicant should be a resident of the urban area of the state of Rajasthan. The documents required to be attached with the application form are as follows-

Through e-Mitra center on the online web portal of the scheme or through own S.S.O. Loan can be applied for through ID or through the concerned urban body office. The applications received on the portal will be verified by the concerned nodal officer in 07 working days on the basis of check list. After preliminary inquiry, the application form will be sent by the nodal officer to the concerned lending institution.
